@franco1975 [Troll ]: If you were seeing them in the U.S, and not some tropical country, then they were all Cavendish. The tiny bananas, the plantains, the red/purple ones are ALL Cavendish cultivars, meaning they will all die from this fungus.

@MaWeiTao: Not only was the Gros Michel apparently a larger banana (and lets be honest, who *doesn't* want a larger banana?), but the modern replacement, the Cavendish, is considered an extremely bland member of the banana family.

I'm pretty sure the "iconic minecraft man" is actually a creeper.

@illuminaughti: Yeah, I was struggling there. I was thinking of "group" and "family" and "strain" and a bunch of other words, but they all mean something in biology, but I don't really know what any more. Members it is.

I drink tea every day. Mostly blacks and greens. We have way too many tins of leaves at home, about 25 kinds.

This is visually great.

@rm_ha: This is representative of the nature of pain management. It's a really odd field with lots of treatments that are not scientific (i.e. they do not operate by any understood mechanism). Chiropractics, reflexology, accupuncture/pressure, cupping, yoga, even several surgical procedures (such as spinal disc

@DocSeuss: I've been over this a bunch of times, but theft absolutely requires physical property of some kind. Theft requires a taking of a physical chattel from one party by another, resulting in a deprivation of that thing by the original owner. When there is no physical chattel, there can be no theft.

@neMouse: It's easy to get prize support from Wizards. All you have to do is sign up to be a DCI organizer, register a shipping address and a gaming location (i.e. you partner with a local store with gaming space). Once you've done this (takes like an hour to get the automagic confirmation), you can schedule events

@Dacker: "Sorry sir, you will be without your multi-tool for - *bows deeply* 13 hours"

@The Werewolf: You probably have no idea what either of these concepts mean. Briefly:

@JDickson87: They are seriously awful on purpose.

@toodarnloud: Do you have a cite for this? This runs contra to a number of recent studies that have shown that fat burning post aerobic exercise remains unchanged for the rest of the day, compared to days where no exercise takes place.

It's just a savory seafood crepe twirled into a ball, then topped with japanese bbq sauce, nori, kewpie, and bonito.

@rathat: Because this is how you improve security. Not with bullshit policies dreamed up by the TSA, and apparently not by whatever standards you thing promote good security.

From Markus' twitter feed:

@skywalker24: the only way you could compare it to WoW is if you've never played any other online video game ever, and that was your only point of comparison. It is nothing like WoW, save for the fact that it has persistent multiplayer support.

@sonchez: At *least* use stone tools. Stone is abundant (infinite, actually), and the wood is better used for handles of stone tools. You'll cut through everything faster that way.
