Honestly, even if a “Pro” releases I feel it would be as an optional deal in itself.

Something like playing it with games like Rocket Leagues and allow to run “quality” graphic options by default whilst retaining “performance” modes for everyone else still content with playing on regular Switch.

This said, even just a

Yeah, I don’t expect a Switch Pro until at least holidays 2020.

In fact, I don’t even really expect the *announcement* of a Switch Pro until holidays 2020, so it may well be a 2021 project. By which the Switch would be nearing it’s fourth year, making things perfect for a “Pro” version that could run the same game as

Honestly it’s not even really new to the industry. They’re literally even keeping the same unit designation than the original, with just what’s basically a minor note added to design the minor difference.

Sony did this for the PS4 Pro I heard by quietly “updating” the cooling system hardware for the base “Pro” model

This is literally the original Switch, with a new chip purely because the producer of the old chip will discontinue it because the newer one is cheaper to produce ontop of being more energy efficient as a bonus while having the exact same performances(perhaps even slightly better since consuming less energy will mean

Even further: the primary reason is likely that the newer chip is cheaper to manufacture by nVidia(iirc the company, but anyway achieving equal performance whilst being less energy-hungry is justa bonus by then) thus the original chip featured on the “OG Switch and Dock” is likely just going to be discontinued

What bit would you say make joycons joysticks so prone to drift? Is it a lack of protection against dust? Spring/etc and similar components that simply physically wear out too quickly preventing it from *physically* being able to get back in proper positions again internally...?

I’m kind of curious how much of it is

Honestly it’s why I’m *curious* how well the Lite will fare. Not being able to replace it’s controllers without shipping the whole console to Nintendo means that durability is even more of a concern than regular Switch with it.

As it is that means two scenarios:

A: the same thing we experience with regular joycons in

I often heard about dust damage/contact issues but springs is a new one for me but I could picture it I think.

Honestly, my worries about having another pair of joycon drift on me has been the no.1 reason I’ve been playing my Switch in handheld mode less over the year. I still do it but now it’s like a very careful 15% of the time rather than 40-45% of the time like I did in the past.

I even remove the joycons from the Switch

The *concept* of joycon was sound but it’s clear something in their design just doesn’t work out, durability wise. I wonder if circle pads(like the 3DS) instead of tiny joysticks that stick out would have been a wiser proposal durability-wise even if not the best controls/precision wise.

I love my Switch but I’ve had

pretty much what stepped pyramids said.

This said it doesn’t help the meat of the article, again, is not in the text that is a most vague summary but in the embedded youtube video you have to actually watch to get to, well, the “meat” of the subject.

Damnit that just made me snort while chuckling as I read that XD

Sadly there’s no local MP on a single console. For a lot of reasons, the game’s coding can sometime strain things such I feel splitscreen would be very hard to implement. While this might make one believe the game is unsuitable on Switch, it remains fully playable there.

Some people who played the japanese version

Sincrely! Old Nitroglycerin-Fist Rex himself!

Dunno how likely Gore and Valstrax are likely(the later feels especially less so) but the ending of the trailer just ended with a Uragaan getting blasted by the *explosive green slime that covered it’s body* and if that didn’t just confirm holy heck Brachydios in the game then I don’t know what will.

I mean, holy heck.

Seriously, did you see that Uraagan in the ending of the trailer?

That green slimy coating on it’s body? That *explosive* green slimy coating?

Old nitroglycerin fist Rex is confirmed! Brachydios is going to be in the game holy heck.

Honestly I think the reset for me in the first game was less frustrating than the fact it meant I couldn’t even revisit *older* chapters with the recipes learned in later chapters.

It always bugged me I could build these massive stone palisade in Cantlin but never revisit the place to give it better bedding than straw

I think jump is still one block high but that’s partly offset by the glider’s mobility once you *can* get to the top of something.

This said I have to admit I enjoyed how even the original game was very genre-savy about it being a blocks-based game when they had an hammerhood teach you how you can simply place blocks

Honestly I wondered how wise the undetachable joycons would be but I see the colors design and ultimately I’d see that’s the market right there that the 2DS tried to cater to.

Specifically: “already has gaming consoles.... but have kids now of school age about to enter the rought and tumble of school life who’d like to

Honestly, the more I think about it... the more the Switch Lite indeed seem primarily aimed at families with kids that also already have the OG Switch. Rather than “replacement” console, it feels like it’s indeed meant to exist in supplement to the OG Switch.

The timing make it perfect too. September is just around
