The US kickoffs were pretty convenient, bar the Slovenia match which was 10 AM EST on a Monday. It was 2 PM v England, 10 AM v Algeria (on Saturday) and 2 PM v Ghana (Saturday).

I had this down as a 6-0 victory for New Zealand but then Winston Reid was hurt in training this past week, so I'm going with a 2-0 win for Mexico.
