I think it's a very effective commercial. Breast feeding will cause a women to lose weight if she's not eating enough for two or four adults every day. In a country where obesity is such a widespread concern, why not?

The main issue here is that marriage is still the ticket from childhood to adulthood for women in many Eastern societies. Unless they are married, they have little or even no access to the privileges of being an adult.
