I do like the show, but there was a fairly major goof in last night's episode, regarding tapping for the sap. I noticed the trees were out in leaf, no snow on the ground, etc. Tapping for sap is carried on during early, early spring, when the days are warmer, but the nights are cold. This brings out the sap.
