No, that’s not how games with EULAs/ToS work. They are well within their rights.

Blizzard was actually NICE giving fair-warning. Most developers ban first and explain after so as not to expose glitches to EVERYONE that plays the game.

And by playing the game you comply/agree with their terms of use, therefore don’t use the glitch! :D

It is still offered with a manual transmission, so why is it a shame that it is offered with an automatic?
