I don’t get your logic, if every supplier decision was second-guessed and re-engineered you A. wouldn’t need suppliers and B. wouldn’t need suppliers because you’d be out of business from all the losses.

I own a classic Camaro as well, done up pro-touring style. They work in tandem to start the conversation and continue it. You’re correct I am sub 26 but I also can pay the Camaro off any day of the week, I simply prefer to pay my mortgage down instead. I don’t think I’ll ever desire luxury vehicles, particularly older…
Disagree; I am the very definition of a young professional and yellow Camaro SS is precisely what I targeted when I wanted something to help me stand out from the 500 other young professionals with twice the smugness and half the skills seeking the same auto industry jobs. My Camaro has started 10x more positive…
You seem pretty biased, the performance is so different as to nearly not be comparable. The Camaro is handily faster/better than the Mustang in nearly every performance metric. Looks are subjective so I won’t comment, but pricing is a direct result of those performance bumps. The Camaro is a significantly more modern…
Yeah this is alittle scary. Do you think we’ll see bores go out of round faster? certainly seems like it...
Not entirely true. They’d probably have to be well placed vents but I think you’re underestimating how much a little airflow helps.
Can we stop posting this garbage? This isn’t TMZ: Autos Edition. This isn’t real news for the auto industry, it’s just the closest thing the industry has to a star throwing a fit.
Care to explain? That makes zero sense to me. Friction force is muN, so how would grip be independent of weight? It’s completely DEPENDENT.
How does this count as production? “All we did was change the batteries to get more power and maybe 80% lighter”, so basically, “All we did was use the stock block to build a 1200hp race engine”.
This isn’t production and should not remotely count as such. Production BASED? Fine, but Pro Mod would be a better…
That “aesthetic Charm” has a very important quality... Agelessness. I don’t like it nearly as much as cutting edge graphics, but damn if it doesn’t age well.
I disagree; this is why America has so many fucking lawyers.
I wonder what kind of economy a diesel volt could muster... A diesel-electric generator sounds so attractive from a performance perspective, but unfortunately it would be even harder to mask the engine noise when it kicks on than currently...
Every automaker that I know of aims the headlights of every single vehicle before it rolls off the assembly line. This includes GM, Chrysler, Ford, Honda, Toyota, etc etc etc.
Detroit is flooded with models at least 6 months before they’re on any lot. ‘16 Camaros, XT5s, etc have been floating around forever now although they’re still a vaguely rare sight away from the respective tech centers and test tracks.
Totally 100% agree. I have seen some workers straight up refuse to use proper PPE and procedures but that was also about the quickest way to get yourself ejected from the job site. There’s at least 3-4 immediate GM safety violations I can think of even from this scant info.
You’re the reason this site needs downvotes. How God Damn blatantly biased can you be?
I’ve driven a few of the last gen cars (SS, 1LE, etc) on Sottozeroes in Michigan weather and there wasn’t really any issue. The snow tires took it back to regular car controllability, and I mean sure you COULD wreck but you’d have to be A. a bad driver B. driving like an ass. All in all it should be a hell of alot of…
No way it is that big.
Because the Honda Fit is a piece of steaming shitstain on the roads of society? Seriously, have you ever had to drive one more than around the block. Fuck. That.
That would make you the first Jeep owner I have ever met that could say that.. So that makes Jeeps reliability at about.... 2% of vehicles without major issues.
