Carol is very annoying but Phil is an awful person. How terrible would it be to be a survivor in the apocalypse with someone like him? He's a pathological liar and I'm glad that he finally came clean and dropped the shtick at the end.

Wow…great pilot. I hope you're wrong about it following the path of Smash and Studio 60 but luckily this is a Fox show and not an NBC show. NBC is notorious for running great shows into the ground.
