I can’t stand ‘creamy’ scrambled eggs/omelets, the texture is absolutely disgusting, so when I make eggs they’re a bit on the well done side.

I am with ya on this one. Getting access to your grandkids is not a right, its a privilege and you need to respect the parents rules. That being said, this lady sounds pretty shitty too. Let the kids get some McDonalds once and a while
Agreed. Grandma should have (a) asked first, and (b) stopped hitting the diarrhea inducing drive-thrus when told to do so. Also, mummy is an arsehole and no surprise, the apple pie shaped like an eggroll doesn’t fall far from the drive-thru window
My mother always goes out of her way to do the exact opposite of whatever we ask when the kid is involved, then gets all surprised Pikachu when we go no-contact for months on end. Shit, last time she dragged the kid all over the city in the middle of COVID and sent the kid back with the flu like it was “no big deal.”
Yes respect the moms wishes but by her own admission she takes her kids to fast food anyways. I’d respect the moms wishes but I would flat out call her a hypocrite bitch.
Not sure there’s enough room in there because it’s filled with all your garbage takes. #gottem
1) stop eating processed foods ( chips/snack foods/etc) dont buy them, out of sight out of mind
I don’t think it is. If they go by that, Nebraska wouldn’t be on the list as they appear to not permit alcohol sales in the stadium (this is not unusual, many universities don’t or severely restrict where and how much you may have).
Whenever you notice something like that...a wizard did it.
ME! This is ME! I’ve been veg since 1998, and I feel as though this must be how Vikings feel when they get to Valhalla. GIMMIE GIMMIE GIMMIE.
I am totally fine with this “gravy on everything” idea.
Not everyone who is vegetarian / vegan is militant about it (although, at times it sure seems that way).
These products are designed for someone like me. I’m neither vegan nor vegetarian, but I still have concerns about both the morality (from an animal welfare perspective) and the environmental impact of factory farming practices... so while I do eat meat, I can also go for days at a time without having it even once,…
Sure there are a few hyper-vigilant vegans, but there is a huge number of people who would like a plant-based alternative but are okay with the fact that it may have been cooked in the same oil or on the same surface as meat.
Hello! UK reader married to a vegan, here. Ultimately people like me are the target market for stuff like this. I know - many of us know - we *have* to reduce our meat consumption. We’re the floating voters. My diet is broadly vegetarian, I know I should do more, and meat-eating is typically reserved for takeout and…
I mean, system-wide change takes time, right? All the Takeout’s stories on this product stressed how long it took to go from planning to the actual menu. If veggie-based meat products keep growing in popularity in grocery stores, if more and more people go vegetarian, etc., eventually, fast-food places will devote one…
That’s ok, you can still buy Diet Coke. The store just moved it into the feminine products area.
One of the defining characteristics of a phobia is that they don’t make much sense and aren’t really explainable a lot of the time.
Moraine calling him out as “Builder” made me think his purpose on this journey will be powerfully revealed in The Ways
Sorry you don’t like flavor.
