Hmmm disagree with Molly handling things like a pro at work.  I think that scene was supposed to make you see that she blows up on people when she shouldn’t - being a shitty manager, even if you’re a high profile employee, doesn’t mean you’re a pro.  It means you probably use people.  I think you missed the message

Sarah MacLachlan, queen of instant tear production. She is responsible for so many commercially related tears and THIS ... I can’t get through “When She Loved Me” without tearing up. Damnit just THINKING about that song gets me.

Someone was cutting onions when I watched this!!!

The other example of this is “Date Night” with Tina Fey and Steve Carrell.  I think they also had pretty comfortable chemistry and I also thought that movie was low-stakes fun.  I like it when couples are a team!

The way her voice changes on the phone about being “threatened” ... all the while she’s chocking that dog.  That’s evil, and normal, and fucking disgusting.

If you read this article you will know that that claim is far from being a provable face ... this Vox investigator spoke to those people last year and their story was different then. Not finding a story credible is not the same thing as smearing a woman or “not believing her”. https://www.vox.com/2020/5/7/21248713/tara

Disagree - in investigations credibility IS a deciding factor. That’s why attorneys are allowed to question witnesses as to their propensity for truthfulness. Her past behaviour that showcases a history of deception or lack of truth is relevant ESPECIALLY when her claims aren’t supported by confirmation (I know she

I disagree ... I don’t think the stories have been bad without her and in fact I think Tanya really came through this season, but to bring her back would be the real death blow in my mind. You just can’t excuse that type of behavior.

Quibi truly is a GREAT format for this show.  I’ve been so happy to have it back and it’s been just as damn funny.

I’m curious to know what causes her and Rinna to have to “figure out” their relationship ... hopefully it’s in the season.

I don’t know that it wasn’t fair that Sherry didn’t get critiqued - despite being 17 minutes, it really did seem like she had the audience and the judges the whole time.  If she didn’t, they probably woulda had her off the stage well before the 17.  I am no Sherry apologist - mind you, I just heard plenty of laughing.

Me as well - this article was the nail in the coffin for me.  I am an HR investigator.  I know the large number of women this happens to - but I also know, in some very small cases, women lie (I’ve been lied to and proven people did so).  I think she lied here, or at the least, her credibility is sincerely in question.

Thanks for this Esther. I have been challenged by this allegation - namely from the standpoint of an HR investigator for the past 8 years. Me Too only reinforced what I knew professionally, women are abused day in and out in the workplace and what we hear only scrapes the surface of the abuse. It also, however,

They do a lot of puzzles, as well.

For those of us who’ve been here all along! A salute you!

My cousin who has four kids would take two if they got to dream build a kitchen.

This is what was reported on the original finding: According to the Guardian, McFarlane’s ruling has established “the first legal definition of a mother in English common law,” one that stipulates “motherhood” to be “about being pregnant and giving birth regardless of whether the person who does so was considered a

So you’re saying that judges don’t create, and write, the common law? That’s what it is entirely.

You said a judge doesn’t write or change the law, that’s false. Not sure why you’re battling here - judges change the law all the time, that’s how we’ve progressed in our society more quickly because we don’t HAVE to wait on changes to codes and regulations for all things - sometimes judicial rulings are then

Not true ... judges make the law as well. They interpret, expand and define what’s in the regulation or legislation. That’s the 2nd part of the legal system. Most often, legal changes happen at the bench level. It’s an important part of our legal framework. It’s called common law, rather than statutory. Abortion isn’t
