He’s super sweet with it too - always paying compliments to his wife, son, and colleagues. If it’s any indication of the real him, it confirms my real love of Walt Goggins.

I don’t agree that it was a big twist, from the time I found out that kid was blind I clocked it was baby Jack.  Vision issues are so common with premies, it seemed like a non-twist, twist to me. 

Uh yeah... that intro and her finding him “charming” was not what my takeaway would have been from a first encounter.  He even made her get him more coffee after she already said her shift was over - that’s some bullshit.

I’m sorry, but was I the only one disappointed with the sheer predictability of the Jack plot?  The saccharine sweetness with which this show proceeds is giving me a toothache already. I hope there are some surprises down the line, because as of now, this all feels very very predictable.

But remember what she was like as a kid ... I dunno, I think she’s probably the worst and just going to come into her own once she’s not under the shadow of her brothers and father.
