She is correct that this film can give people the impression that all obese people are miserable but this was a play based on an obese man’s personal experience. We need to be able to tell all the stories, and this is one of them. 

Great point. The problem with this is it creates a system where candidates just start ignoring polls and we lose yet another method of communicating what we care about with our candidates.

.....if they want to appeal to independents, then they need to do a little work to avoid just using the talking points that they came up with in the room full of democratic activists. Tell people why they should care... especially people who don’t spend a lot of time thinking about things in a larger context.

LOTR being included bums me out because it was written with a complete lack of sexuality. The very root of the relationships is non-sexual love and admiration for each other.

It’s clearly labeled on the merchandise and it’s also been widely publicized that smoking and drinking during pregnancy are dangerous. Also store employees are not advising whether or not you should use smoking or booze as medical treatment. Those scenarios are not the same

The waiver is an accountability tool for both the doctor and the patient. It would mean the patient cant sue but it also holds doctors accountable for explaining the risks of the medication. 

I think I have only had to sign the one when i pick it up at the pharmacy saying if I have been counseled or if I decline to be counseled by the pharmacist. 

I dont think it’s bad to have folks sign a waiver saying they understand if they got pregnant while on the medication it can cause birth defects but it should 100% remain the patients choice.
