Glass sliders in the bathroom - I keep one of those soap dispensing scrub brushes filled with dish soap. Once a week while showering I scrub the doors with the brush and rinse. Helps fight that water/soap buildup that makes the doors look grimy

Second this. You have to find the right therapist, there is no one size fits all method to therapy! It takes time to find one and it takes time to do the work.

Yes normally but we have 2 giant douglas firs that pretty much keep our yard in full shade. My theory is they either wanted the extra green because keeping grass alive under pine trees is nearly impossible or they were really into making jam.
