I believe California is considering lifting the statute of limitations for all sexual crimes. Some women who have come out with accusations against Cosby have been lobbying pretty heavily, for obvious reasons.

Feldman has known for years who it was. The fact he hasn’t told the cops who it was or who the people who abused him where, should tell you this is not prosecutable and would be libelous. Nobody’s going to name anybody without solid proof they can show that would get them out of a libel suit.
