It won’t matter. The conferences I am referring to are, a) international, and b) private sector. An abortion ban in Georgia will not impact those organizations. I have a conference coming up in Georgia that is being hosted by a dozen or so pharma companies. The group anticipates hosting 20k attendees over the week.…

United Airlines is not going to relocate their hub due to this policy. UPS will stay resident. Major organizations such as ASH, ASCO, etc., will continue to host conferences in ATL because hotels are cheap and travel is easy. It sucks, but Georgia is going to be fine. 

Add United Airlines to the list. Who hasn’t had a layover in ATL? Also, conferences. In the past 5 years I have gone to maybe a dozen that were held in Atlanta. It’s cheap and they have a huge conference center.
