Not only that, but Tesla’s primary market segment of first adopters were the ones who believed in Saint Elon, the visionary liberal, futurist. His behavior over Twitter has pretty much dispelled all parts of that image. How many of his followers want to follow Elon the alt-right slur-champion and world renowned

I agree with your final conclusion, but I think the Tesla price drop is mostly because the early EV adopter market is reaching saturation. (also due to Elon/Twitter/Chaos, but I think it’s mainly market forces).

Surprise, surprise. Sadly he didn’t even manage to learn enough to change his mind about twitter only needing to be “50 people”.

Twitter probably can’t get down to less than 50 LAWYERS, much less 50 employees. Even the idea of only 50 engineers is patently ridiculous. You’re going to need that many people to just

When I called a Kia dealer for the last time ever, they told me the $2,500 markup they had listed online for the EV6 was actually $15,000. I politely told the salesperson that was dishonest and absurd, and he told me “deal with it, maybe it will go down next year” and hung up on me. I was like, I’ll be damned. All the

Dear Congress People,

I might regret asking this, but what is a groyper?

There’s literally nothing I could care about less than hurting Ted Cruz personally. In fact, I probably fall more on the side of being in favor of him experiencing discomfort and unhappiness...

I mean, if “provides gender affirming care to trans children in consultation with a doctor” is sufficient evidence of abuse to take people’s children from them and throw them in jail, Cruz probably deserves the death penalty for this.

I still begrudgingly find him interesting. Tesla cars suck though.

Because, deep down, everyone knows the Switch Hardware isn’t really good.

Man Kotaku’s really hating the new games huh? It’s been hate piece after hate piece, usually hating on a game in the Kotaku Review is enough but I keep running into new angry takes on why the games are bad

As someone who's battled mental illness for 35 years... Yeah fuck that guy.

I suspect that the reason he was close to his mother is because she never said no to him. Her world revolved around him and he still believes he’s a special little boy.

He is a truly terrible human being. That’s it. No more thought pieces, no more “yeah but he was close with his mom when she died”, or “you don’t understand mental illness”. He is an entitled, self absorbed piece of shit.

Susan B. Anthony was also a racist who didn’t support voting rights for Black people!

Agreed. I’m looking to purchase a toy (Bronco or Wrangler) but not willing to sign up for a payment at the current price/rates.

Anyone who has sold cars can tell you it is not surprising that loan terms keep getting longer. So many customers have no desire to understand the entire deal, and fall right into the “how much per month can you afford” trap.

Exactly, I see this as good news for someone like me who is very interested in buying a new or newish Heavy Duty Truck to tow with. While I certainly “CAN” afford a higher payment due to a higher purchase price, I don’t want to do that. I am waiting for this second shoe to drop so Truck inventory goes up and all these

Perhaps a massive wave of repossessions will help with the low inventory.

Wait, wait, wait. They named themselves after Susan B. Anthony?
