Well this is great Tavarish.
I was about to post this. For about EVER, I've always listed this as my favorite movie.
As much as I want, I'll wait till I see one on a street.
There was an article here on Jalopnik about that. Something to do with Russian legal rules that pretty much require video proof. here in the US, if I get rear ended, its there fault, not mine. Russia isnt that cut and dry.
