Things like this make me so happy to live in San Jose, Ca. The wife and I have repeatedly talked about selling, and moving to a much smaller, albeit, neighrboring city!
Sigh.... This is the same state where I pay close to 10K a year in property taxes, and the city wont even trim a tree thats almost killed my kids twice..... Now if I want to trim said tree, they wanted a couple hundred bucks for the permit!
