2nd Gear: Toyota should just dump the Sequoia. I’ve never understood why they sell two full sized SUVs side by side. You can’t even buy a Land Cruiser in Canada. I’d dump the Sequoia and live off the Land Cruiser name and then throw in some higher end trim levels for those that want it. The idea that the Land Cruiser i

I don’t know about the US but in Canada all of Fifth Gear is available for free on the Roku TV app. Also available in Canada on Amazon Prime is every episode of Top Gear since the 2002 reboot.

I just got a low mileage 07 Passat wagon with the V6. The thing hauls. Both from the ample power and the massive amount of space in the back. I think they should axe the sedans and just sell the wagons and see what happens, maybe we’ll be pleasantly surprised?

The author, a car critic, said they were critically successful. That’s right from the horse’s mouth. They even framed is by saying commercially, it hasn’t been as successful.

1St: I think Ford will see how the electric transit/F150 does first. If customers use it and like it and are needing more capacity/capability then Ford will probably start dipping it’s toes in the EV Super Duty market.

Watching qualifying on Saturday you could tell Bottas drove the shit outta that car to get pole. While Hamilton could’ve just gotten back in the car and put down a faster time if he’d had the option. It’s crazy.

It’s so you can knock your drink on it every time you take a sip while driving.

Or you could plug your phone into the aux port? A new head unit is a pretty easy install these days, more so with all the space that old when takes up.

My dog is a big wuss and must have the back seat to herself when travelling. We manage this with the wagon and recently up-sized to a Passat wagon so the princess can have her seat and we can fit more in the trunk. Also highly recommend the kurgo seat hammock. Keeps the back seats well protected when we need to put

There was an article in Road & Track a couple of months ago about the declining sales of wagons and how dealers were complaining about how they couldn’t sell them. The author was looking for a Golf Sportwagon and constantly found them undercut by promo’s on Tiguans so of course they weren’t selling. The gist of the

I’m going to look at an 07 Passat Wagon this weekend with the VR6 and 85,000km. They’re asking $7500 CAD.

Vessels carrying 12 passengers OR over 8 meters long have to have AIS. The OR is pretty important there. If these vessels already had them and were turning them off then they’re breaking the law. Either way the crux of the article was about illegal border crossings, not whether these vessels were legally mandated to

I got a grip for my Switch last year and never looked back. No more cramping hands for this guy.

Nice use of the bottle opener on that twist off...

One garbage truck isn’t covering the whole city. On a dedicated stop and go route 75 miles is plenty.

I can’t wait for the long wheelbase version. I think they’ll really have an Edge on their competitors when it arrives.

Now playing

Love it. Gravity Falls was my ringtone for several years, and I also never skipped a She-ra opening. My pick is the first season opening for the anime Knights of Sidonia. One of very few anime intros I didn’t skip.

Right? How often do manufacturers have the plates in their official photos?

You can tell BMW isn’t fully behind it. Manufacturers never have plates in their promo photos.

The Infiniti Juke was a missed opportunity I tell ya!
