Leonard and Penny's misguided relationship is the elephant in the room on too many episodes. Occasionally, they seem to inch closer to realization that they don't really belong together, but never really seem to explore it.

I'm peddling a Nixonland script treatment to the studios right now. It's basically Zombieland. But with Nixon.
Unless I'm mistaken, that is the same guy who played cousin Oliver on Brady Bunch.
I wish it had been Grantland Rice.
I will nominate your father for a Golden Google Earth Award.
And a retrospective award for The Tourist.
The awards are less relevant than the hosts are funny. And the hosts aren't all that funny.
Well, the nominations and wins might hit a few deserving targets now and then. But the Golden Globes are entirely meritless.
How in God's name can anyone give any legitimacy to the Golden Globe Awards? Even by award show standards, it's a horrible joke. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association is a just a small private club, made up mostly of SoCal non-journalists (car salesmen, real estate agents, etc.) pretending to be journalists, who…
I just saw it yesterday. Thought it was really good. So, you aren't alone.
The Mentalist can't hold a candle to Batmentalist.
I checked some of those snippets out. I'm actually kind of excited for Mira Sorvino's character based on what I saw.
How do you do it, Scrawler?
I thought Hercules was from Atlantis.
Agree.
I don't agree with your thesis. Just because Shawn acts like Shawn is intended to act or Sheldon acts like Sheldon is intended to act doesn't mean either isn't subject to critique. I can think of plenty of TV characters that simply killed shows by just continuing to be who they were intended to be as characters. "I…
We see things very differently. I didn't see Nicholas being an "ass" at all. Stephanie questioned the nest, Nicholas said it was fine. He seemed confident. It certainly didn't seem to be the case that Nicholas thought it sucked but decided to go with it anyway. He made a judgment call. Should he have deferred to…
The question was whether it would hang over Nicholas's head if he wins Top Chef. If he wins, it won't hang over his head, in my opinion. He'll be Top Chef. No asterisk. No shame.
Maybe it's just great when he's in a room with Tom.
I think they did have a strategy. The strategy was for Nicholas to take the toughest dishes because he had immunity. Stephanie commented on how she was happy Nick was taking the tough dishes. Stephanie specifically indicated those dishes were outside of her comfort zone.
