Oh, I don’t claim to have the answer, that’s just my stupid stupid pseudo-diet. But it is a start, cutting down on beef or/and stopping it altogether is a step towards other dietary changes, like the introduction of soy based products (itself another environmental problem, so uh).
Cutting back on meat also indirectly helps with having a healthier diet. I stopped eating red meat/ pig and decided to only eat things that fly (have wings) and things that live underwater or that look like they should live in the water (love me some frog legs and turtle soup) and indirectly stopped eating so many…
