I don’t think you know what rape is.

It might be better if at least the rape was prosecuted at all, rather that throwing it out because the claim “hate crime” doesn’t apply. Rape is a hate crime, one can not rape someone while respecting their human dignity... but I don’t even want to debate it. Throwing out the whole thing is ridiculous.
