Well that sucks.

It is shocking that anyone would buy the Mirai. First, stations are not particularly common (and they just closed a ton).

In my 50s. Ridden since I was in my teens.

These things were a maintenance nightmare when new. Hella ND

It’s horrible, but in a good way.

Wow this take is so bad you got me to log into my Kinja account for the first time in years so your bosses should be quite happy with you.

Well, this will go over well in the comments.

Coulda been worse I guess...

When a limb is pinned and obviously crushed that makes sense., but if it compressing the ribs so they cannot breath, then might as well chance it.

When you have the weight of a pick up truck on top of you, bleeding internally is the least of your problems.

there’s no word if the officers will face any sort of discipline (they almost certainly will not.).”

Yes, but 2 of the sections are still cast using the gigacasting method.  So they aren’t giving up on gigacasting, they just aren’t using it for as large a section of the car.  Maybe they should call the even larger sections ‘Teracasting’ so we can distinguish between the 2.

I hate Elon as much as anyone but can Jalopnik just get off his junk for a second? Not everything elon musk related needs to be an article, jfc.

1: Given the weird (undeserved) hype, not sure there were many unsold ones.

I would assume that with the Cybertruck just having launched recently the other trucks have been in the SpaceX fleet for a while. Plus, with the sharp depreciation EVs are taking, it probably doesn’t make sense to decommission and sell them if they are serving their intended purpose.

that guy wrote an article based on what he saw 7 years prior, and then you wrote a blog about that article?  no wonder you’re not a real journalist

Another reason to dump social media altogether.

This is totally out of context. There are generated collision alerts constantly due to numerous safety algorithms for look ahead timing. If 3 mile separation is broken, like 2.9 miles, it can generate an alert. These are constant piped and collected simply as “collision alert”. It could just be that an aircraft did
