Exactly! Majority of anime suffers from a gross lack of investment into character design. For whatever reason, character design in the anime world for a long time has just been “hair and clothing.” Which is awful on so many levels!

An Admiral literally put his hands up and stopped his fight because a crewmember of the Red Hair Pirates showed up. Not even Shanks himself. Do not underestimate how absolutely absurd Shanks and his crew are.

What filler? There are only 65 episodes of filler in One Piece out of the current 688. 15 of those filler are in the first 200 episodes.
