SSR had 400 hp and a retractable hardtop, so how is this even a question?
I just saw an SSR on the street last Wednesday while driving around Tampa. I was with a guy who loves cars, but has spent very little time in the US, so he had never heard of it and was completely puzzled by it. “This was expensive? But....its

Yeah that’s enormous, the F1 car would lap the Indy car every 8 laps or so

The Chrysler won’t even last a quarter century

That’s just it though, the new blood will either be looking for something genuinely competitive to other modes of transportation (or at least other bikes) be it in price or efficiency. This offers neither.

I feel like they’d be hard-pressed to have made this more wrong for their market or any market if they tried.

I can appreciate the nostalgia but $3 grand worth? Pass. If old go karts are your jam you can get a Yerf Dog for less than $1000. Those look like a lot more fun than this thing.

I already got hell for saying this to some friends when I first saw that BaT listing, but I’ll say it again:
It’s dumb to pay a premium for a ‘vintage racing kart’ because there’s no such thing. They still make karts just like this today. You can still get the same engine, same tires, same drum brake, same solid axle,

This is a prime example of early mussel car.

How do I know? I had to clean the throttle body twice during the year I used it and at each and every time I did so the throttle body was filthy.

Did you try spraying oil into the intake with the paper filter? Because an oily throttle body will be more dirty than a dry one regardless of how much dirt is in the air. I had a screwed-up PCV valve on a truck for a year or so, and that throttle body was awful with a paper filter. ;)

Genius.

Username checks out..

I meant useless as in comparison to actual off-road vehicles, like the classic Bronco from which it takes its name. I’m sure it’ll be better off-road than say, a Mustang. It won’t be competitive off-road with anything that is meant to do something more than look tough. There’s a big difference between AWD and 4WD

Fuck don’t remind me that I’ve had one of these as a loaner for the last three weeks, its the fucking worst car I’ve ever driven.

Cold but true.

Painfully accurate.

Yes but the TSX wagon is actually good

This article is so full of inaccuracies it is hard to know where to begin.

I get an honest 16/23 in my 2017 Sierra w/ the 5.3.
