What?

It’s laughable how people limit acceleration metrics performance to 0 - 60 MPH.

This video is meaningless without knowing that modifications weren’t involved.

Big rear factory swaybar, an even bigger front bar, 260 SAE Net HP...

What’s considered “adequate” in towing ability today would have been “OH MY GOD!” great in virtually every previous decade.

agreed

Hot take: The original Supra wheels are ugly and cheap looking.

“Exception” to physics?

Don’t feel so bad. Most of the engineers who design these cars can’t afford them, either.

The 2017 Mustang GT’s horsepower and torque figures you cited were achieved on 93 octane premium fuel, per Ford Motor Company.

GM specifically instructed dealerships to NOT sell L-88s and ZL-1s for street use. The cars had no radiator shrouds (would rapidly overheat in traffic), required 103+ octane racing fuel and routinely fouled plugs when run at low engine speeds.

The article is less than transparent.

The M2 uses BMWs advanced “M” limited slip differential, while the 240i gets by with an open differential. That alone would justify buying the M2 over the 240i in my view.

Never buy someone else’s former problem (a used car).

1978 V8 Mustangs (including the Cobra when optioned accordingly) made 139 HP. While that’s certainly anemic, it’s not 88 HP (the 4 cylinder’s output).

So your saying that today’s e-Class is the same car that was sold “in the mid 90s?”

It’s based on the Ford Fusion platform; what else could one reasonably expect?

You have to visit an airport rental car agency to find new Lincolns.

That’s where I eventually landed lol

If they match with me, I just assume they are fake
