Jesus, they need to increase those fines - and maybe throw in more criminal penalties as well.
Thanks for this! While I’m happy to kvetch about lawn water waste in CA, it feels like agriculture is consistently dodging the finger-pointing.
I mean, also, people have literally just been tweeting the Spartacus scene as a meme...
That’d be a fun one to litigate over, like how Xerox lost control over the word “xerox” because courts ruled that it had become a generic synonym for copying something.

I guess we can just call them “posts” now.
“SpaceX CEO Launders Gov’t Funding through Twitter”
Guess Birdwatch will be next on the chopping block, then.
Wow, someone who knows even less about running Twitter than Elon.
Honestly I didn’t think it would go down THIS fast. At this point, Liz Truss might have lasted longer as Prime Minister than Twitter lasts under Musk.

It also cracks me up that he was gonna make it all about free speech, but promptly screwed up moderation, immediately banning people who made fun of him, then issuing new rules, and…
I freaking hate stupid. There is so damn much of it around these days - and worse? They’re proud to be dumbasses. Proud. I wish it were fatal.
Want to get in before the “because we’re testing more!” trolls start. Yes, we’re testing more. Yes, there are more positive tests. But that is still bad! When we test more and the cases DECREASE, then we are making progress. Testing more isn’t a valid argument in this case.
