So they haven't asked the big home/car insurance companies for the cash yet? I would think $150 mil is a lot less than they pay out for a moderate to large earthquake, so they would have a keen financial stake in giving people even a minute or two of warning...

Always a favorite at our annual LAN party. Just awesome to get 20+ people on this map and let everyone go nuts. It takes a little work, but I love pushing the cars up against the bottom door to the building to block everyone in...
I like it because I can have the little one facing forward and pretend I'm George from Total Recall. The wife does not approve, but she doesn't have to know... ;)
