It’s certainly not a cure-all, but generally speaking the larger the LEO organization, the better training/requirements for officers. OF COURSE there are still huge departments with gigantic problems.

Wow, this thing is 100x more substantial than I would have expected. If I drove our many, many times more expensive EZ-GO golf cart over half of those roads, I feel like the steering rack would have broken off in my hands and I would have lost all of my fillings.
