Heh heh phrasing! But seriously, I think you're right, though it's still unclear at best, whether "average day" means one baseline, or a per-hour normalization.

Should have normalized against the everyday hourly fluctuations (yellow, United States), and thus shown the actual drop compared to normal. Would have been less than the inaccurate 47% they report, but still considerable and a more reasonable presentation of the data.

In O'Neil's AMA he said he loved the Taco Bell Bell and actually had fought to keep the account alive when others wanted to delete it.
