Four convictions does not mean four separate incidents. This was kind of mentioned by someone above referring to a linked article. But in general it’s just very important to realize that someone could be convicted of four different felonies just for one act that they did. That’s how prosecutors roll.

From the linked articles, it would appear it was multiple armed robbery charges over twenty years ago, for which he served a ten year sentence.

I am just curious about the the three other felonies that weren’t mentioned. That’s all.

look i dont support this guys sentence, and i think it should be legal- but LOL at the idea of anyone harvesting 42 plants for personal use. he was a dealer.
