Oh come now. As much as anyone Burns is responsible for 'kindly Uncle Shelby'. Don't let him off the hook for that.

They haven't sued Peter Thiel over Palantir, fwiw

Minor point, but, looks like everybody missed Talbot’s ‘I alone can fix it’. A nice extra bit in a finely crafted finale.

I’m glad it isn’t cancelled but I’m not sure what to expect anymore. In the fourth season, they seem to have finally ‘cracked the code’ in terms of fashioning a compelling story, with the tripartite structure it employed. Until then, basically we had a few solid eps per season but nothing, IMHO, that was on the whole

Well, there's something you don't see every day.

Lila Facchini.

Yeah, I finished a long, internet-free binge and came to AV Club to complain about stuff that didn't make sense in the finale, only to find this. Le sigh.

I mean. At least it makes some kind of sense - tons of action, shot on location all over the world. Whereas 'The Crown' reportedly cost $130mn: yes it's a period piece, but not noticeably more dated or detailed than a typical episode of Downton.
Now I get if they cancelled based on cost but sense8 also didn't get

A real shame that the show ended on this note. It is utterly implausible that Will managed to slip inside undetected, at a location he'd never been to before, and catch Whispers entirely unawares. The flies in the face of every previous experience the crew has had with the BPO. And particularly after the show of force

'as a dare to Netflix to cancel them'
Welp. Here we are.

Just get Nathan Fillion already!
