I got a 270X for 190 and have been loving the upgrade. Most everything runs on High or Ultra. There's been hiccups, but I am satisfied with the purchase.

I don't understand why people don't see this parallel more. I am a huge fan of death metal and black metal - it is visceral, over-the-top but that doesn't make it any less impressive as an art form. Mortal Kombat is exactly that and I am glad the series has continued.

Well it is completely opt-in so I don't see the issue with it. People know what they are getting into, and it provides a way for the developer to continue working and the consumer to interact directly with something they believe in.
