If I'm towing a trailer, I look for a pull-through spot and take both spaces. My truck alone fits in a single space, and I'll fold the mirror in for anybody that invades my spot.

When I was truck shopping, all the V6 Tacos were $30k+. Across the street at the Nissan dealer, V6 Frontiers were starting at $23k+...
Nissan could swap the VQ40 with the VQ37 and have more horsepower than the GM twins, but that motor wouldn't make as much sense in a truck. GM should have gone with the 4.3, little less hp, much more torque at low revs.
My 4.0 Frontier averages just over 19mpg in mixed driving, FWIW.
When I started truck shopping, I was interested in a 2-year old Frontier with low mileage... until I realized a new one, exactly the way I wanted it, was only a couple grand more. I bought new.
My '14 Frontier is only 205.5"... even the Ridgeline is longer.
Being that he tested a crew cab long bed... it's actually 225". So yeah.
I have a '14 Frontier, and I live at the end of a cul de sac. Every time I leave my driveway I am amazed at how heavy the steering is while sawing right/left/right to go around the wooded circle. My wife has a '14 Altima, and the same route can be driven with one finger on the wheel.
I have an eye for nuance.
But at least you'll know when the leak drops your tire pressure to an unsafe level, so you can air them back up.
For $27k you can get a 261hp 4x4 Frontier with a 6-speed...
I'd start a gofundme to raise your $25k fine from the FAA, I don't think you'd have issues reaching the goal.
Statute of limitations for GTA is usually 3 years... so they wouldn't be able to prosecute.
"Schneider will probably have to notify the company himself."
Statute of limitations has probably LONG expired for GTA.
