Sounds about right. I have never cared for Corvettes or any GM car for that matter, save perhaps for simple historical curiosity about the EV1. This Corvette has me waiting to see if there’s “there there.” I would love to see Clarkson take it for a review/spin.

I don’t know yet what to make of this electrified future. The cars sure seemed fast as they whizzed by, and the racing was skillful, but without the aural stimuli of dinosaur juice burning at 10 thousand times a minute it just didn’t feel fast. I’ll try again next time, but it’s going to take some time for sure.

If this is the new sheet metal for next gen Golfs, then I’m in. This is by far the nicest looking profile look for a Golf I’ve ever seen. Love the tight overhangs and the roof rake angle. Nice!

How about a “touring” version of the GT4? Kind of like the GT3 Touring, so no wing but an enhanced deck spoiler instead. That’s the one version I would option, you know, if I had $100k+ to blow on a car.
