Yep! I’d prefer your example too. Just add the engine/transaxle, brake, suspension and steering upgrades of a Singer. Leave the rest as is.

That gorgeous GT3. In typical 911 fashion. Ass first.
And this design even doubles as a bumper washer! What will these Germans think of next?
This is beautiful! Can I get it with a diesel engine?
Me too. Start with a nicely kept 964 and add Singer’s mechanical improvements - engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension and steering. It would still look like a stock 964, but a relative monster underneath.
I love the concept of a Singer. It’s the most perfect marriage of engineering and art. But man, what does this cost? I’ve heard in the neighborhood of $500k plus the donor 964. This is a tough nut to crack unless your toilet paper rolls are made of 500 euro notes. You have to be a money-is-no-issue type and an a…
Yeah. That makes more sense to me. Thanks. I’m familiar with the place and it’s plenty sunny even in the winter months. I mean, solar even works for the Germans and northern Europeans for Pete’s sake, and they get much, much less sunlight.
4-5 hours a day?
Something else to break, added weight and ruined aerodynamics.
Yeah, that’s a big “if” for me :-> Thanks!
Darn it, the pic didn’t upload.
Drift King you say?
I prefer good ol’ fashion metal sunroofs.
Well done, Elon! Let’s keep going. This is your chance to make history....again!
Well played, sir!
She has blood coming out of her whatever!
I like it. A lot. Deletion of rear seat? Yes, please!
Every time I see a GT2000 it makes me want to cry. We have owned 2 Celicas, and an SR5 hatch in the 80s, AE86s in the 90s, and now a Corolla and a Rav 4 in the aughts. Toyota used to make perfectly reasonable cars any enthusiast would love, with a stick and turning the rear wheels. Now it mostly makes appliances. And…
Isn’t that an argument for reasonably high pay? If it is such dreadful work, you need to provide an incentive for someone to do it, no?
Yeah, but with the Alfa you have to factor in the cost of the tow trucks :-)
