Yeah, the sad part is all of those Camrys have long since dissolved back into the earth. Those were some awesome machines.

NP because it’s Monday and nothing matters right now.
I came here to say something similar to this; however, you said it betterer than I would have.
Ex-Police car is the correct car here.
The question was answered with “He must have been white.” Implying white people don’t get shot my police. The point is that you can’t claim something doesn’t happen when in fact it happens 2-4 times more often (depending on year and source of information) than the thing you claim happens all the time.
Yeah, percentage…
And if the car was stolen but not reported yet and the police show up to the wrong house potentially resulting an altercation that ends and an innocent persons life?
The dude was ATTACKING POLICE OFFICERS WITH A FUCKING CAR. You want this guy to just melt back into the general population when he is clearly unstable.…
Yeah, I’m sure someone would have called me a racist if I said that though. This whole fucking world is soft these days.
I can also admit when I’m wrong. Usually not at the time (I used to swear that guardrail jumped out at me) but yeah, I’ve done some pretty dumb shit in automobiles.
I donno, I have no problem pointing the finger at people who live in my home state. I mean, my mother is a terrible driver.
Tis. We have only ever owned 1 automatic each - hers was her first car that was gifted to her by her grandfather - a 1994 Escort. Would have been a fun car if it had a stick. Mine was a 1990 Olds 88 Royale that I bought after my 1994 Legacy GT was struck by lightning and I needed a car literally the next day so I…
A lot of people who drive manuals also buy older stuff. A lot of new manual transmission cars still disconnect you by adding things like electric assisted steering, vehicle stability/traction control you can’t disable and 8 inches of sound deadening everywhere.
Man, that’s like, deep and stuff.
My wife made me drive the CVT rental Forester while our Crosstrek was being looked at. It was miserable. Her exact words were “This is the worst thing I have ever driven.”
I have to admit, I almost didn’t read past the “CVT is kind of cool..” and started a rant of my own..
Yes, all those stories about transmission replacements every 100k will be so romantic.
The base has the widest gap at 3 highway and 1 city. The AWD models look to be 1 mpg less on the highway for the Explorer. The twin turbos have 2 less highway vs the SHO.
I live in New England though. I don’t see too many fwd Explorers.
Something tells me that horse statue is worth than all my cars and house combined.
Exactly. I would love to drive a full sized truck that gets mid 20s on the highway but I can’t afford the $20k premium over the Frontier I just picked up.
Oh please, everyone knows the whistles aren’t squeezed inside. They are put in the exhaust system.
The better question is when did a food product become sentient enough to drive a WRX? The follow up question would be does it vape?
