As long as “use of force” laws are anchored to “reasonable fear” it will be difficult for DA to prosecute the police for executing unarmed citizens. The indictment was filed (under seal) last Tuesday and this video was apparently from Monday, so the indictment predates the video.  Don’t know if the video going viral helped them find the guy, but he was already indicted by the time it was taken.
