It’s a variety of things, but usually I think the main ingredient is some sort of starch? Or at least the ones I’ve had. I don’t have one in front of me.

At Asian supermarkets you can find faux fish items, our local store has faux fish balls that’s pretty great. 

I also found I really enjoyed radish leaves recently, in trying to use up the whole plant. They’re not the most aesthetic leaves (at least mine weren’t) and do have a bit of a hairy like feeling, but they make a lovely salad when you’re bored of greenleaf and romaine but don’t feel like tackling a kale or arugula. 

My friends and I were supposed to turn 30. We have decided to postpone that to next year and not count 2020.

My boyfriend usually dine out almost entirely from the apps and small plates section. We prefer trying more options and I generally find it the chefs get more creative with their appetizers. Mains are where imaginations go to die, imo.

I’ve tried this and if you’ve tasted eggs before, let me tell you the first time is not a very pleasant experience.
