@chenzino: God forbid a developer charge a reasonable amount of money for a really smart, useless application.

@2 replies: Because the real point of this, I think, is to shoot tethered without the tether. Take a picture, then immediately see it on a big screen to check focus, exposure, etc.

I saw this in a photography video a few days back. Definitely the most compelling use of the Eye-Fi I have seen. It's like tethered shooting, but way cooler.

Apple displays are beautiful, but I don't know who can justify how expensive they are. a 27" Cinema Display will probably cost more than a 27" iMac, knowing how Apple prices those things.

I find it very difficult to believe that Apple would release a consumer app creator, especially not for that price.

Did anyone actually notice "buffeting" before Dyson told us what a huge issue it is?

@♫ Realityism ♪♫: I, too, come to Gizmodo only for the pictures.

I love my Logitech Performance MX mouse too much to give it up, but if I my choice was between this and a standard mouse, I would go for the trackpad in a heartbeat.

@tj: Don't underestimate the level to which some people do not understand how free speech works.

@badasscat: Yeah. You're right. "Windows Phone 7 might just be good enough" is the type of hyperbolic praise characteristic of a bought review.

It seems a little ridiculous that you have to have PS+ to use it.

I can appreciate the aesthetics of the design, but it doesn't seem like the most practical shape in the world.

@JosephCole: When doing so doesn't result in bricking the phone, probably.

@notfred: That is exactly what I thought when I saw this post. I was honestly confused when I didn't see the ad tag.

@Jesse Scroggins: I have a Flickr Pro account and like it a lot, but using Flickr as a backup is idiotic. Flickr makes no promises about the safety of your photos.

@MikeK: I generally find Flickr to be totally usable, but would agree that the filmstrip is backwards.

@Philip Han: There are plenty of places where photographing police is probably a worse idea than it is here in America.

Do want.

@Louis Andrew: Dude, BP was just doing offshore oil drilling. This is photography. Serious business.

Chase Jarvis has spent as much on this gear as some countries do on national defense. He takes really incredible pictures though, so I'm okay with it.
