Last Friday I had some Al Pastor tacos from my local street vendor(corner of Victory and Lankershim Blvd). The meat was crispy and well seasoned with just enough sweetness from the pineapple. Topped them off with grilled onions, cilantro and salsa verde.

Maybe it’s just where I live, but I find it cheaper to eat healthy. I feed my family of 6 on $125 a week in groceries and it’s all fresh. Back when I was eating the easier to cook foods, and boxed items, we were clearing $200 a week easily.
