You sure seem mad that someone is pointing out the illegal version of a game is better than the legal version. Instead of being angry at the author, you should PROBABLY be mad about that, instead. 

Nintendo uses emulation for the NES and SNES Online, as well as for the Virtual Console of yesteryear. Things like the Megaman Legacy Collections are also running old games via emulation. GOG sells plenty of old games using DOSBox, a DOS emulator.

There’s no good reason for reductive arguments. Stop encouraging fallacious thinking.

I think its that the only person that decides what is basic standards of human decency is the individual buying the product. The basic standard of morality are things that are illegal, everything else is personal choice.
