Fantastic episode. But it also made me realize that the big oversight in Cary and Alicia's plans is that they didn't make an effort to recruit the security officers to their new firm. If they'd done that, they'd have been one step ahead of Will and Diane, no matter what. 20/20 hindsight, I'm sure.
