“...politics is nothing except a naked grab for power...”

It sounds like ESPN Brasil is broadcasting from someone’s kitchen.

I was impressed by Keenum’s throw. That was a looong throw and had some serious heat on it.

In late 2012, shortly after Obama’s re-election, I remember my liberal younger brother screaming at our conservative father to stop listening to Beck, Limbaugh, etc., suggesting that he keep his head down and largely ignore world affairs like “Islamic terrorism” and North Korea because FEAR, FEAR, FEAR is making him

Was the large, bald boisterous fan wearing the red sweatshirt and ugly sneakers seated court-side and making a spectacle of himself ever issued a warning for repeatedly stepping on the court during the game?

Honest? Ever see Sixteen Candles? Molly Ringwald and Anthony Michael Hall were both actually 16 at the time, and each delivered believable high school-level dialogue without the irritating “woke” precociousness of 23-year-old Saoirse Ronan. It sounds as insincere as Ellen Page discussing punk in Juno.

I feel bad for Trey Wingo because certainly I wouldn’t want to be third wheel in a Golic father and son situation. Nepotism sucks.

Did they use the magic soccer-injury spray?

Nick Saban must be sweating bullets. Oh, who am I kidding - Alabama football is untouchable.

They MUST have photoshopped Lavar out of Lonzo’s picture. I’m sure there wasn’t one without him.

I really enjoy watching outfielders do their thing. It seems like an easy thing to do, but the skill needed to field a ball plummeting that far and that fast is, IMHO, underrated. Great clip!

Fuck, Penn State.

I was under the impression Adam Silver favors “competitive balance”? I suppose he’s just talking about balance between two particular teams.

Prior to reading the column, I would’ve bet my next non-union paycheck that Hamilton Nolan was is not a science denier.

“Everything is so bad.” I agree. After all:

When Dean went over to Sage’s apartment on Wednesday, all of Sage’s wigs were gone. He believes Aubrey took many of them, though Aubrey vehemently denies that, too. Another of Sage’s friends was wearing a locket on a chain that had belonged to Sage. When asked, the friend said, “My boyfriend gave it to me.”

(At 0:13.) Is that guy’s life so sad and empty that he must shout, “Fuck Boost Mobile” because he couldn’t play Pokemon Go? I am utterly frightened for our culture.

Would this article have been written if Saban had moved to Texas?
