That’s why I added “in theory.”  Plus, if it was advantageous for the airlines it wouldn’t be against their rules.

But only if they had those customers and the flight was otherwise full. I have yet to fly on a full aircraft (except when Dad was the pilot - 4-seater).

And the airline was free to sell those two non-stop tickets. They chose to sell the layover ticket, presumably because in reality there wasn’t a buyer for those high-priced tickets. The airline didn’t lose anything.

If pricing were more straightforward people wouldn’t resort to these methods” EXACTLY. When I was living in Detroit 20 years ago, for some reason it was often cheaper for me to drive to Lansing or Toledo and then fly back to the Detroit Airport, and then fly non-stop to my actual destination. How an extra flight on

I couldn’t agree more. I did something like this many years ago when trying to get from Oslo to Vienna for a reasonable price. It was a bit different though - a round trip was cheaper than a one-way trip so I booked the round trip and didn’t take the flight back to Oslo.

An empty seat is a ticket unsold to the money minds who make air travel tick.

Thank you, your Thugnificence, for being a beacon of OG Rootness amidst the hellscape in which we now find ourselves.

She was probably getting courted by in-state GOP-supporting PACs long before the last election.

Despite my mirth on this thread, you are right; folks put more studying to into their favorite sport’s teams past seasons than they do on the real-life impact of local politics.

Almost makes me want to pretend to be a die hard Trumper in my red district just so I can say I’ve changed my morals or some BS once in office. Could be difficult, as I lack the proven record of being a racist asshole that many of my local reps have. We may be witnessing a bunch of Rs start calling each other false

Scleclestus, “taint remora” is an OG Gawker term for a brainless political suck up.

I was gonna say, wasn’t “school choice” one of the disagreements when that NC State Senator flipped from D to R?

A JDM Accord SiR conversion would be awesome on this car!

Cool thing about Hondas is that you can easily swap a VTEC engine in there. K20A or if you want to be more period correct, an H22A will fit in there nicely.

Yeah, not at all shocked this one disappeared quickly. The tinted turn signals are the one dubious thing I can find on this car, and that’s picking at nits giving how well the rest of the car presents. Might indicate the replacement lights are hard to find, given it looks like there was some work to return this car to

NP. I don’t think I’ve ever given one until now. Considering its age, the body and interior are in excellent condition. I’ve haven’t seen an engine bay from a 1995 Honda that damn clean since the 90s and early 2000s. The owner clearly takes very good care of that car. I wouldn’t care about the odometer discrepancy for

My first thoughts: First good car for a teenager that wants to learn stick still, plenty of space for friends & good ol’ Honda reliability/gas mileage.

These are basically unobtainium, and especially in Ohio. The odometer discrepancy could end up being a pain but if the rest of the car looks as nice as it appears to, this is an easy NP. I’m sure everyone who thinks no Honda should ever cost more than $2k will be arriving shortly, though.

I’m 99% sure that’s what happened. Whoever slapped this car back together after the crash went for the cheapest Tesla parts they could find. Since the yoke was about as popular as herpes and many owners replaced them at the first chance, you can probably get one for a lot less than a Tesla steering wheel.

refresh and re-vote, then refresh and vote again it will cancel out your OG vote :-)
