I tip $15 for each hour or part thereof that I’m at a table, regardless of service or meal cost. Fixing a server’s income to a percentage of the cost of a meal is arbitrary and ridiculous.

I’d like to see a study of what percentage of the homeless consider themselves conservatives. Nothing would surprise me at this point.

One would think it common-fucking-sense that welcoming new citizens with open arms will bring more positive results than meeting them with fear and hate.
