I’m sure you just accidentally omitted the second part of his statement, where he said, “coming at them with a knife or something.” No way you were trying to imply Joe Biden said the police are justified in shooting anyone, regardless if they are a threat or not. 

He’s a decent actor, but as a dude he’s got a bad vibe. It’s surprising that he doesn’t turn on the acting more in interviews and such, to hide his actual personality.
