Eh, the main thing you’re working on at that age is becoming an independent adult separate from your parents. I’m in my 30s and close to my parents, but the summer after my freshman year of college I didn’t come home to the state where my parents were living at all, I shared an apartment with a friend in a way more

It is the absolutely most helpful thing for my ADHD. Today I did not bring enough snacks to work and I forgot what I was doing in the middle of doing it at least 12 times this morning.

I mean, people have a lot of weird theories. I just eat what makes me feel good and try to make sure it’s reasonably balanced, and then throw a bunch of cookies in there every now and then for good measure.

I used to do green smoothies in the morning a lot (I don’t do dairy, but would typically do some nut butter and chia seeds for protein) but I would be hungry literally 20 minutes later. Now I usually do overnight oats with almond milk, chia seeds and nut butter and that gets me to my mid-morning snack two hours later

With what goal in mind? I'm not overeating, my diet is super balanced and my weight is fine. I've had multiple providers recommend frequent meals for my adhd and anxiety and it helps a lot.

My brain just starts to go haywire otherwise, it is kind of annoying to have to. I definitely don't eat 3500 calories though.

I mean, it's not like my snacks are huge, usually it's like a piece of fruit or vegetables and some nuts. My ability to focus or like, regulate my emotions correlates STRONGLY with my blood sugar situation, though.

I am not overweight, not that my weight is any of your business...I think I eat a pretty healthy, balanced diet.

This sounds like hell. Lunch is my quiet reading the internet time!

Are you...allowed to eat snacks at your desk?

My schedule is like

Why do you think that? It seems pretty damn important to me.

Height also offers an advantage for athletes, should we have a height cut-off?

I mean I hated my college, made close to zero friends and dropped out after two years. I was required to live on campus, so that wasn’t even a choice. If you didn’t live on campus I would see why you wouldn’t remember people, though. At a small school where most people live on campus, you see everyone constantly, I

I would have graduated in 2009 too if I had graduated on time! I mean, obviously people’s memories vary. Just seems odd to me.

I went to a small liberal arts school (1200 students) where the vast majority students lived in campus and I would probably recognize the names and faces of almost every person in my class...and probably a lot of the rest of them. They were the only other humans I saw for two years (I dropped out). Went to class with

Wowww you seem nice

I have Embrace and I am very happy with it but I have also heard good things about Trupanion.

If you don’t have much in the way of savings, I highly recommend pet insurance! Signed, someone who went into $10k of credit card debt thanks to two very young and very sick cats and then was smart enough to get pet insurance for the third cat who got diagnosed with cancer and needed surgery at 6.
