I used to do green smoothies in the morning a lot (I don’t do dairy, but would typically do some nut butter and chia seeds for protein) but I would be hungry literally 20 minutes later. Now I usually do overnight oats with almond milk, chia seeds and nut butter and that gets me to my mid-morning snack two hours later

With what goal in mind? I'm not overeating, my diet is super balanced and my weight is fine. I've had multiple providers recommend frequent meals for my adhd and anxiety and it helps a lot.

My brain just starts to go haywire otherwise, it is kind of annoying to have to. I definitely don't eat 3500 calories though.

I mean, it's not like my snacks are huge, usually it's like a piece of fruit or vegetables and some nuts. My ability to focus or like, regulate my emotions correlates STRONGLY with my blood sugar situation, though.

I am not overweight, not that my weight is any of your business...I think I eat a pretty healthy, balanced diet.

I went to a small liberal arts school (1200 students) where the vast majority students lived in campus and I would probably recognize the names and faces of almost every person in my class...and probably a lot of the rest of them. They were the only other humans I saw for two years (I dropped out). Went to class with

Wowww you seem nice

I have Embrace and I am very happy with it but I have also heard good things about Trupanion.

If you don’t have much in the way of savings, I highly recommend pet insurance! Signed, someone who went into $10k of credit card debt thanks to two very young and very sick cats and then was smart enough to get pet insurance for the third cat who got diagnosed with cancer and needed surgery at 6.

“Shion and Tsubasa, the star couple of the Japanese reality show Terrace House: Opening New Doors”

If they broke up because she realized she’s gay I am 100% ok with it.

I love to cook but I have also never eaten (or seen) a pot roast.
