Isn't this a thing that Tesla did a long time ago? If I remember correctly the only reason he stopped experimenting is because Einstein is a dick and his funding for the project at Wardenclyffe dried up.

I think my biggest issue with E-cigs is the whole "it's just water vapor" No...no the fuck it's not. Water makes up less than 10% of the liquid that's in ecigs.
